Context

The product generates large volumes of system-flagged items that must be reviewed by a human. Users needed a faster, clearer way to understand priority and document decisions without leaving their workflow.

Problem

- Information spread across screens
- No clear prioritization
- Manual documentation every time

Goal

- Reduce cognitive load
- Help users decide what to look at first
- Keep users in control of decisions

Design work

Early Exploration
- Flow diagram
- Low-fi wireframes
- Notes like: “Explored inline vs modal AI insights” or “Tested prioritization indicators”

Key Screens
- 3–5 core screens only
- Annotated with short callouts:
- “Priority indicator surfaced at list level”
- “AI insights embedded inline”
- “Draft summary provided, editable by user”
